ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.706/2022, from the file of third respondent to the file of the second respondent. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to money dispute, the petitioner lodged a complaint against the accused persons. For the same, CSR.No.706 of 2022, has been assigned. After that, no action has been taken. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry. Hence, the enquiry is pending. 4.Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to take action upon the petitioner's complaint, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioner is also directed to cooperate with the enquiry. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
