ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 to A3, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 IPC in Crime No.234 of

2023, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant seen OLX internet and there was a lease house for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- at Melappanangadi, Madurai District. On seeing the above said advertisement, he approached the first petitioner and he told him that he is the owner of the property in Door No.4/132. On believing his words, the defacto complainant gave Rs.5,00,000/- to the first petitioner and other petitioners also accompanied with him. Thereafter, he came to know that the first petitioner is not he owner of the property and cheated him with the connivance of other petitioners. Hence the case.

3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the record. 4.It is seen that the first petitioner is having four previous cases, the second petitioner is having six previous cases and the third petitioner is having four previous cases. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
