ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.107 of 2022 registered under Sections 147,447,294(b) and 506(i) of IPC dated 22.04.2022 within the time stipulated by this Court

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police seeks three months time to complete the investigation.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.107 of 2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
