ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court that the third respondent Police is harassing him under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that the fourth respondent is the wife of the petitioner herein and based on her complaint, an enquiry has been initiated and the same is pending.
3.Since it is matrimonial dispute, the third respondent Police is directed to refer the matter to the Social Welfare Officer. In the event, if any cognizable offence is made out, the third respondent shall register a case as against the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
