ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the Respondent No.1 to transfer the investigation and to file final report regarding to the case in Crime No.228 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent No.2 to any other investigation agency other than the Respondent No.2 by considering representations dated 27.07.2022 submitted by the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy in P.R.C. No.162 of 2022 dated 28.11.2022.

4. With the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
