ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3912 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.644 of 2022 dated 1/3

24.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified and the petitioner shall stay at Tiruppur and appear and sign before Tiruppur North Police Station, Tiruppur once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
