ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to investigate the complaint against the respondents 4 to 7, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that petitioner lodged complaint, dated 19.07.2022, to the respondent police. But, so far no action has been taken. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that in this case, enquiry is in progress.

4.In view of the above, the third respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry based on the complaint, dated 19.07.2022 and take suitable action, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
