PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.10198/2019 dated 18.07.2019.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.10198 of 2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as a Army man in the Army Unit, Jodhpur District at Rajasthan and he has to report to the Army. Hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

No.6872 of 2019 4.Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is working in Army and he has to report to the Army and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.10198 of 2019 on 18/07/2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
