This Writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1 to 3 respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet in History Sheet No.334, dated 01.01.2016 on the file of the respondents.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would reiterate the contentions raised in the petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents police would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.11.2020 will be considered within a period of four weeks.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondents police are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2020, seeking to remove his name from the history sheet No.334 of 2015, in the light of the Police Standing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.17193 of 2020 Order and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
