When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that final orders have been passed by the Tahsildar, Athur on 31.03.2017 holding that the petitioner and one Richord have nothing to do with the shop in question and therefore the owner of the shop one Palanivel Rajan/5th respondent shall continue to run the shop. order shall be furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner according to law.

2. With the above direction this writ petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No Costs.
