O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/ respondent for his willful disobedience and non compliance of the order passed by this Court, made in Crl.OP.(MD)No.2978 of 2021, dated 25.02.2021.

2. By the order, dated 25.02.2021, this Court directed the respondent herein, to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. The contemnot/respondent is present.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that final report is made ready and RCS notice has also been served upon the petitioner.

5. Let the respondent present the same before the concerned Court within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After that, the petitioner may work out her remedy through appropriate proceedings.

6. Since the final report is made ready, the order of this Court, dated 25.02.2021, was complied by the respondent herein. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
