ORDER

The Petitioner seeks for a direction to the the respondent to act upon the Petitioner's petition bearing Application Number.2016/0105/12/021440, dated 15.12.2016 pending on his file in accordance with law.

2.MrT.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.The grievance of the Petitioner is that the above said application/ representation submitted by the Petitioner to survey her lands in S.Nos.293, 497, 315, 484 having joint patta Nos.2440, 215, 2311 and 858, situated in R.Kombai Village, Vedasandhur Taluk and to issue separate patta in respect of the above said lands, has not been considered so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for and without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the Petitioner, I only direct the respondents to consider the application/representation of the Petitioner, dated 15.12.2016 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also by hearing other rival parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
