PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the Principal Sub Court, Palani, to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P. No.6 of 2020 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Principal Sub Court, Palani, to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P. No.6 of 2020 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that the case in H.M.O.P. No.6 of 2020 is filed in the year 2020 and therefore, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the case.

3.Since the case in H.M.O.P. No.6 of 2020 is of the year 2020, the Principal Sub Judge, Palani, is directed to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P. No.6 of 2020, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
