ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 12.03.2021, wherein, the petitioner has sought for acceptance of annual reports of the Society along with the approval of Form-VII, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 12.03.2021. Before any decision is taken by the first 2/5

respondent, the newly impleaded second respondent shall be put on notice and thereafter, a decision shall be taken. This process shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
