To permit the petitioner / 6th respondent to withdraw 50% of her respective share of the award amount deposited by the 1st Respondent/Appellant on the file of MCOP No. 9 of 2020 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Mahila Fast Track Court), Theni and thus render justice.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner / 6th respondent to withdraw 50% of her respective share of the award amount deposited by the first respondent/Appellant to the credit of MCOP No. 9 of 2020 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Mahila Fast Track 2/3

Court), Theni.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the appellant / Insurance Company has deposited entire compensation amount with accrued interest before the Tribunal. The petitioner / 6th respondent / mother is permitted to withdraw 50% of her share alone from and out of the compensation amount deposited by the Insurance Company, along with the interest.

4. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
