2.It is now stated that after filing the Writ Petition, the respondent by an order dated 05.06.2017 has considered and disposed the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2017. Hence, the relief sought in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and the learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the same, the Writ petition is disposed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
