ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323,354(A)(1)(iv), 506(i) of IPC, Section 4 of D.P.Act and Section 4 of TNPHW Act and Section 67 of Information Technology Act seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner herein was arrested and remanded to judicial.
