To relax the condition imposed in CRL.OP.(MD).No.6964 of 2026 on 09.04.2026.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6964 of

2026 dated 09.04.2026 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, at 10.30 a.m., on every Saturday, until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 16.05.2026.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6964 of 2026 dated 09.04.2026, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
