ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court challenging the impugned order passed by the third respondent, dated 01.09.2015. 2.The affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition does not contain any details and the same is completely bereft of any relevant materials to be adjudicated upon. However, it appears from the impugned order that appeal remedy is available before the second respondent. Without exhausting the remedy available under the Revenue Statute, the petitioner has rushed to this Court by invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

3.When an effective remedy is available under the Statute, the same has to be exhausted by approaching the appropriate authorities. In that view of the matter, the present Writ Petition is premature and cannot be entertained at this stage. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority, if she is so advised.
