ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the dividend and other amounts payable to the petitioner for the shares purchased from the second respondent, by considering a representation made by the petitioner on 07.03.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate produced the written instruction received from the second respondent. It is seen that the representation made by the petitioner has already been considered by the second respondent and a decision has been taken.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to convey the decision taken to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
