PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P No. 15785 of 2025 dated 08.04.2026 that the petitioner shall report before the trial court on all working day at 10.30 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P No. 15785 of 2025 dated 08.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the fact that the investigation is almost completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on alternative Monday at 10.00 a.m, for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
