ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking orders to fix time limit for earlier disposal of R.C.O.P.No.65 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned III Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the case in R.C.O.P.No.65 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned III Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town, within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court. He would further submit that the second petitioner is a senior citizen.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the learned III Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town, to dispose of the the case in R.C.O.P.No.65 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
