ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A9, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in C.C.No.65 of 2006 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul for the offences punishable under Sections 147,341 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.65 of 2006 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued . 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

CRL OP(MD). No.13449 of 2020 4.Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
