ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court while suspending the sentence by order dated 03.02.2026 made in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.15500 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.1146 of 2025, wherein this Court directed the petitioner to report before the respondent Police twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 28.03.2026 onwards.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court at 10.30 a.m., on the first working day of every month till the disposal of the main appeal.
