PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No. 6510 of 2026 dated 08.04.2026.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6510 of 2026 dated 08.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition and the fact that the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases Under POCSO Act, Dindigul, at 10.30 a.m., on the first working day of every English calendar month, for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
