ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the Respondent from demolishing a portion of house bearing Door No. 69D and 69E in ward No.14, Thoothukudi without issuing show cause notice and hearing the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
