The claimant seeks speedy disposal of M.C.O.P.No.31 of 2016 on the file of the Tribunal. An accident took place on 24.10.2015. The claimant is the wife of the deceased. Therefore, in the very nature of things, there is an urgency in the matter. The grievance of the claimant is that the respondent Insurance Company is dragging on the matter.

2. Be that as it may. The tribunal is directed to dispose of M.C.O.P.No.31 of 2016 on its file within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
