The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous, since subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dismissing the petitioner from service before this Court in WP(MD)No.26823 of 2023, wherein this Court, on 07.08.2024 remanded the matter back to the respondents for fresh consideration on merits and in accordance with law and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of as 2/4

infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
