ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the fourth respondent is a marriage assembler and he proposed a marriage to the daughter of one Ganesan. For the above said marriage proposal, the petitioner also helped the above said Ganesan. Later, the above said proposal failed. Now claiming the above said marriage broker commission, the fourth respondent has given a complaint against this petitioner, as if life threat made upon the fourth respondent by this petitioner joining with brother namely Vino on a particular date. On the basis of the above said complaint, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No. 386 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, this petitioner alone appeared, whereas the counter party namely Vino did not appear. On that ground, the above said complaint is kept pending. 2/4

3. The second respondent is directed to conduct the above said enquiry and complete the same within fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Only with regard to the life threat made by the above said Vino. In respect of other issue, the complaint may be closed.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
