O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, directing the respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 18.03.2017 and 14.04.2017 seeking pension pay order, particulars pertaining to his employment with the respondent University and particulars of the petitioner's last pay drawn in the respondent University.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer sought before this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:- "The respondent is directed consider the petitioner's representations dated, 18.03.2017 and 14.04.2017, and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
