This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 09.08.2021, passed by the first respondent. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for State appearing for the respondents submitted that the first respondent has passed an order in his proceedings in Roc.No.6897/2021/F2, dated 20.09.2021, whereby the petitioner was dismissed from service. In view of the said order, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has now become infructuous. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for State appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order passed by the first respondent in the manner known to law.
