Prayer in WP(MD)No.9844 of 2018 Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal filed on 08.07.2017 against the order, dated 24.05.2017 passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.20236/2015/K2 within a time limit fixed by this Court.
