This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to forbear the respondents 5 and 6 from using the Sathyabama Kalyana Mandapam, Ettayapuram road, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin District for the purpose of unauthorised sale of textiles and jewellery and for any other purpose other than the one permitted by license vide the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2016. The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to forbear the respondents 5 and 6 from using the Sathyabama Kalyana Mandapam, Ettayapuram road, Kovilpatti, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Tuticorin District for the purpose of unauthorised sale of textiles and jewellery and for any other purpose other than the one permitted by license vide the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2016.
2. According to the petitioner, the fifth respondent proposed to conduct exhibition for sale in the sixth respondent Kalyana Mandapam without obtaining any permission from the authority. Hence, they made a representation to the respondents 1 to 4 to stop the above said sale. Since no order was passed by the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

Today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that there was a Peace Committee Meeting held on 21.09.2016 and in the above said Peace Committee meeting, both the respondents 5 and 6 are also present and represented that they should not conduct the sale without getting prior permission from the concerned authority.
4. In view of the above said submission, no further order is necessary in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
