ORDER

According to the petitioner, he has submitted a representation dated 25.06.2016 to the fourth respondent seeking to survey his house and issue patta to the petitioner in Survey No.22/4A, to an extent of 11⁄2 Cent, Opposite Pallikudam South Street, Mullupalayam, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District which is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated, 25.06.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
