ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection for the petitioner from the third respondent who is threatening the petitioner with dire consequences and protecting the petitioner to live peacefully based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the representation given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, the third respondent has gave a statement that he will not make any trouble to the marriage life of the petitioner. Based on the above said undertaking, the case came to be closed on 13.09.2021.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.13560 of 2021 3.Since the complaint has been closed by the enquiry officer, nothing survives for further consideration and direction in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a fresh representation, if any necessity arise in future.
