ORDER

(This petition is heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai to take the petitioner's complaint in A.No.3589of 2020, dated 23.11.2020 and proceed with the case in accordance with law, within the period as stipulated by this Court. 2.Finding that there is inordinate delay on the part of the concerned Court in taking the matter on record for passing orders, a report was called for from the concerned Court. A report has also been submitted on 06.10.2021 in D.No.586 of 2021, stating that various reasons for the pendency of the above said petition. It is seen that without any proper reason, the matter has been listed on various dates and it has not been disposed of.

But however, the present Judicial Magistrate, who has holding Full Additional Charge, has undertaken to attend the matter and pass orders as per law. 3.Recording the undertaking given by the learned Judicial Magistrate, there shall be a direction to him to take the petitioner's complaint on file and pass orders on merits within a period of fifteen days from the date receipt of a copy of this order. After the process is over, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
