O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, directing the respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceeding initiated by the respondent in Charge Memo No.Vo2/006029/2017, dated 02.03.2017 and pass final order on the same within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Mr. R.Murali, learned Counsel takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer sought before this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:- "The respondent is directed to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated pursuant to the charge memo dated, 02.03.2017, and pass final order on the same on merits and in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

5. Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
