For Respondent : Ms.Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR Modification Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To modify the order of this Honble Court in Crl OP(MD)No.8354 of 2019 dated 19.06.2019 to the effect that the petitioners should be appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. daily for a period of one month.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.8354 of 2019.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that after executing bail bond, the petitioners have complied with the conditions from 23.06.2019 and since the first petitioner got married on 15.07.2019, the petitioners could not appear before the respondent police for three days. Thereafter when they went to the respondent police for complying with the conditions, the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD). No.6866 of 2019 police refused to get signature from the petitioners and hence he requested to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioners shall report before some other police station.
3. The reason given by the petitioners are not valid. If the petitioners are unable to comply with the conditions they should get prior permission from the Court. Instead of that they after breach of the conditions for three days have filed this petition to modify the condition by blaming the respondent police.
4. Hence the petition is dismissed.
