This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2016 and 21.11.2016 seeking recommendation of the petitioner name for incentive for qualifying for higher educational qualification and to grant permission to join M.A., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(Tamil) correspondence course within the time as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 to 4

3. Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 2 to 4. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer sought before this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:- "The first respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representations, dated, 08.11.2016 and 21.11.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

5. Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
