ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 22.08.2022, and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Aruppukkottai, vide the letter in D.No.179 / 2023 dated 12.09.2023, this Court made the following order:

This matter is listed today under the caption for 'extension of time'.

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 22.08.2022, directed the Sub Court, Aruppukkottai to dispose of the petition in E.P.No.67 of 2021 in O.S.No.54 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. The learned Subordinate Judge, Aruppukkottai, has submitted a requisition, dated 12.09.2023 through the learned Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur, stating that when the EP was in delivery stage, a third party filed a petition in E.A.No.4 of 2023 under Order 21 Rule 97 & 101 of C.P.C along with stay petition and that the said petitions are pending and that therefore, the Court is unable to dispose of the case within stipulated time and hence, seeks three months further time to dispose of the case.
