ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to conduct an enquiry on basis of petitioner's appeal dated 12.06.2024 and dispose of the same on basis of the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2025, within the time period stipulated by this Court.
2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 12.06.2024 and conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and thereafter, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four months weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
