ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.MADHAVA GOVINDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.D.SHANMUGARAJA SETHUPATHI, Advocate for R1, and Mrs.J.PADMAVATHI DEVI, Special Government Pleader for R2, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2.This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to pay the subsistence allowance to the petitioner. 3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the subsistence allowance, which the petitioner is entitled for, would be paid to the petitioner within a period of two weeks. Such submission is is also agreed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
