ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry or investigation under the false, afterthought complaint given by the 4th respondent and desist from involving any kind of harassments and illegal activities towards the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the fourth respondent has lodged a complaint stating that there was sale agreement between himself and the petitioner. Thereafter, the sale deed was also executed for a sum of Rs.7,62,465/-, but only Rs.5,62,465- was paid and the remaining amount was not paid by the petitioner. On the basis of the above said complaint, enquiry was conducted. During the course of enquiry, the balance amount was paid to the fourth respondent, when he was admitted in hospital, that was also accepted by the fourth respondent, on the above said basis, the complaint was closed on 2/4

29.04.2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter.

4. With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
