ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the 4th respondent as per Rule 19 of the Tamilnadu Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of children) Rules 2017 by considering petitioner's representation dated 25.9.2020 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard Mr.R.Karunanidhi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the entire committee was dissolved and challenging the same, writ petitions in WP.(MD)Nos.17341 to 17343 of 2021 are pending before this Court.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed and it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the pending writ petitions.
