Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 31.03.2017 submitted for staling of registration of the trust deed relating to the Sri Lakshmi Narasimma Trust under the control of the fourth respondent in favour of the third persons as against the trust deed dated 20.11.1954 and Will dated 13.04.2005 and also for necessary action to protect the trust and trust properties in the hands of the third persons within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
