This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in Crime No.326 of 2021, pending on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that already final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru and taken cognizance in C.C.No.161 of 2021 and posted for appearance of the accused person on 08.10.2021.

3. Since the final report is filed, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioners are at liberty to file a protest petition before the Court concerned, if https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
