to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P. (MD). No. 3152 of 2026 dated 12.02.2026 in Crl.A.(MD). No. 648 of 2025 in Crime No. 595 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and thus render justice.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3152 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD). No. 648 of 2025, dated 12.02.2026, wherein, this Court while dealing with the earlier petition seeking for relaxation, modified the condition to the effect that the petitioner will report before the trial Court once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m.

2. The learned counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court dated 12.02.2026 till now, the

condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner will report before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
