ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the order, dated 03.08.2016, passed by the first respondent/Tahsildar, Dindigul East Circle.
2.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the impugned order and material documents carefully. 3.On a perusal of the impugned order, this Court is of the view that against the order passed by the Tahsildar, an appeal remedy lies before the Revenue Divisional Officer under Section 12 of the Patta Passbook Act. But, without availing the same, the petitioner has come to this Court by way of filing this writ petition.
4.In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. However, with liberty to the petitioner, to file an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer concerned, if he is so advised. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
