This appeal is filed under section 14-A(2) of the Scheduled castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities ) Act 1989 Amendment Act 1 of 2016 to set aside the order dated 18.06.2019 made in Cr.M.P.No.1453 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge Pudukkottai and enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with the case in Spl.S.C.No.39 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge Pudukkottai. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.M.SURESH , Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.R.ANANDHA RAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents one and two, this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 05.07.2019, made in Crl.A.(MD)No.275 of 2019.

CRL MP(MD). No.6892 of 2019 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.275 of 2019, on 05.07.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case trial was already commenced and that he has strongly opposed to relax the condition.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in in Crl.A(MD) No.275 of 2019 on 05.07.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. This petition is ordered, accordingly.
