ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.8656 of 2019, dated 20/06/2019, for producing the sureties and executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since he is unable to execute sureties and hence he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
